About Me
My journey to Nutrition was fueled by running and arthritis. Two strange things to FUEL nutrition, I know, but my desire to finish a 100 miler is what it took to really pay attention to how I ate and how I felt when eating certain foods.
Since then I have finished multiple ultras including the Oil Creek 100. This process has helped me learn the phases, transitions and substitutions needed to have a successful health journey.
I have helped ultra-runners complete their race goals, moms and dads looking to jumpstart a healthier way of life, and even those with Type 2 Diabetes, looking to conquer their sugar woes!!
I am here for you, where you are at this moment. I look forward to meeting you and working together to come up with goals so you can enjoy the rest of your life. I will teach you to become independent as you take control of your eating habits and enjoy the feeling of having less inflammation, more energy, and a body that feels younger than it does right now!
